Returns and Refunds

At Nexgen Research, we prioritize customer satisfaction. While we strive to deliver products in perfect condition, we recognize that issues may arise. Therefore, we offer refunds or replacements in the following circumstances:

Transportation Damage: If your order arrives damaged, please provide photo proof to info@nexgenresearch.ca. We’ll promptly arrange a replacement.

Shipment Errors: If we’ve sent you the wrong product or if an item is missing from your order, contact us immediately. We’ll verify the claim and send the correct item at no additional cost.

Exceptions

Due to the nature of our products, such as SARMs, refunds are generally not accepted once the product is opened or if the safety seal is broken. However, we make exceptions for our mistakes, such as sending the wrong product or a faulty item. In such cases, please provide proof, and we’ll process a replacement free-of-cost.

 

Please note that frozen SARMs are non-refundable. Scientific studies show that a SARM molecule remains stable up until -80 degrees Celsius. We advise caution during colder seasons, especially in Canada.

 

For transparency and to prevent fraudulent claims, we meticulously document and photograph all orders prior to shipping.
